Summary: Door key cards and/or door card readers would not open the door. Had to go to main desk several times to have them rekeyed. Was told it was a systemic problem.

Summary: The hotel on the outside was alright its along a big belt of other hotels so there is another to one side of the parking lot but on the opposite side was an very empty ghetto lot. The check-in was quick no problems, but the hotel interior was very worn and used. When we got to our room there was multiple areas of the carpet that weren't vacuumed and the bathroom shower seemed to have either mildew or black mold, we also found out that the room window opened all the way which is unusualfor rooms on the second floor. Later that night we left and came back when it was dark and in the parking lot there was people just loitering in the parking lot like there was a party or something some guy had his shirt off just chatting it up with people at the bed of his truck. Me and my wife felt weird when we pulled up because the parking lot filled with vehicles and we were pretty sure some of those vehicles weren't guests. The breakfast was good though no issues there.

Summary: The price was great however the property ended up charging me for all the rooms I booked. They did explain that it was not their fault but the fault of Hotels.com. I was very unhappy that all the rooms did not have a hairdryer which is always I thought in a hotel room. The coffee maker for breakfast in the morning was broken and all the ice machines on every floor were also broken. It was a nice stay but it was the little things that were missing or broken that made it inconvenient. We had to go somewhere else to pay for coffee, I had to buy a blowdryer and ice everyday.
